Milk teeth coming through in the wrong order?

hi, my daughter is nearly 8 months. her bottom left front tooth is halfway through and this was followed by her top left tooth which normally comes through after the bottom right and top 2 middle teeth are through. her top left middle tooth is now coming through and i can see the bottom right middle tooth under the gum. when she smiles, she has 3 teeth on the left and none on the right. i%26#039;m wondering if this strange order is very common as i can%26#039;t find anything on it and i%26#039;m concerned as my daughter has radial aplasia which basically means that her radius bone didn%26#039;t grow in her arms so she has no wrists or thumbs and her left side is more developed than the right which is the side she has all the teeth! thanks

Milk teeth coming through in the wrong order?
There%26#039;s no such thing as a %26#039;wrong order%26#039;.

The teeth come in as they come in. There%26#039;s an average of when they usually come in, but it%26#039;s certainly not a rule.

Not unusual.
Reply:didnt know they came in an order thought they came as when ever they want too,i think your worring over nothing at the end of the day shes only 8mths old
Reply:there%26#039;s no standard order for milk teeth, they can come in whatever order. Don%26#039;t worry about it and if you are too concerned ask her ped in the next visit.
Reply:No dont worry. Just looked in my baby book, they say that most babies follow the same pattern but some dont at all and this is totally normal too.

You should buy this book, it got rid of a lot of my worries.
Reply:They come in any order they want to come in. It doesnt mean anything. My son only has this front teeth, and then the ones on the left side top and bottom. The right side hasnt started coming in yet.

Talk to your doctor if you%26#039;re concerned, they can probably x-ray to see what buds are there and if theres any missing.
Reply:Do you have a dentist? If not...get one for your own sake as well as for her. Next time you go, for yourself or taking another child, ask him about her. My dentist always looked in my babies%26#039; mouths every time I had an appointment, even before they had any teeth, just so they were used to the idea when they needed their own appointments. I%26#039;d especially recommend doing this if she has medical problems and is likely to need treatment.

If her teeth continue to come through %26quot;oddly%26quot;, the dentist may do an X-ray of her mouth when she%26#039;s bigger to check whether all the teeth are there. My daughter had this done, as my husband%26#039;s family has a history of missing teeth.

If she%26#039;s short of a tooth or two on one side, what will most likely happen is that the other teeth will move into the gap. My nephew only has 3 teeth across the front at the bottom, but you%26#039;d never notice it.
Reply:My elder son%26#039;s teeth came through in a different order to most of my friends%26#039; babies, and he%26#039;s got lovely teeth now.
Reply:milk teeth come through in any order, there is no right and wrong!

get your daughter registered with a dentist, and get her teeth checked every 6mths, also make sure your brushing her teeth every morning and night!
