Had wisdome teeth out and now why am i having pain in the 2 teeth next to the extraction site?

I had 4 wisdome teeth out monday the 4th both teeth on the bottom were impacted the tops were not. Well i was fine for the first 3 days then all of a sudden i have been getting like bad tooth ache pains in the 2 teeth next to extraction site. The extraction site its self dont hurt but the teeth do. When i put orgel on them its fine.I dont get it why is this going on? Could it be from drysocket? All the other extraction sites r fine too. Also when i chew those 2 teeth r very sensitive they alaso gettin throbbing pain just in those teeth. Well any input would be great i go to the dentist tuesday so thats a good thing Thanks....

When the Dentist yanked your wisdom teeth, he had to have a good leverage point in order to bust loose those tooth-retaining ligaments. So, he prolly used the adjacent teeth to lever against while extracting the back ones. Often there is significant pressuring required-sometimes results in minor localized trauma. This resulting pain becomes more apparent in a few days, with lessened site tissue pain and prolly fewer painkillers.
